This may be the biggest shit I’ve ever made. It came 4 days after labiaplasty surgery on my vaginaâ�¦ 5 days without pooping. I was told not to strain for risk of re-opening the wound. Painkillers had me backed up for 5 days. There was no more putting it off. I was terrified. So I laid down on my bathroom floor like a sick heiffer and just let the beast slide out. I could not believe my eyes when I saw it.
